We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be in the same condition you received it.

It must be unworn/unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
- The product must not have becomes unusable due to human damage or water ingress.
- Battery must not be damaged due to improper charging

Return Shipping
Once your return is approved:

You will need to organize a return shipping courier (courier charges may be refundable case by case basis).

Return shipping is free for damaged, defective, or incorrect items (courier charges will be refunded).

For other returns, the return shipping cost may be deducted from your refund (unless otherwise stated).

We will evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.
Exchanges
To exchange an item:

First initiate a return for the item you wish to exchange.

Once your return is approved and processed, place a new order for the replacement item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:

We will notify you of approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Note: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund. If 15 business days have passed since your refund approval and you have not received it, please contact us at message.ninety80@gmail.com.
European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must meet the same return conditions listed above.
